When do I receive my free Swingtweak?

As soon as your friend’s first purchase is complete. You will see the credit added on your profile page as a "tweak credit".

Is there a limit to how many free Swingtweaks I can earn?

No set limit. Each friend who makes a first purchase earns you one free Swingtweak. You only get a credit for their first purchase, not all purchases.

Can existing Swingtweaks users use a referral code?

Referral codes are for a customer’s first Swingtweak. If they already purchased before, the code will not apply.

Can my friend stack this with other discounts or promos?

No. Referral discounts cannot be combined with other offers - but using your referral code will get them 20% off their first tweak.

Do referral credits expire?

Credits expire 1 year after being credited to your account.

Can I post my code publicly on social media or forums?

Yes. Share it anywhere. More sharing can mean more free Swingtweaks.

Can I refer myself or create multiple accounts?

No. Self referrals and fraudulent activity are not eligible and may result in credits being removed and accounts deleted.

No. Any Swingtweaks account holder can generate and share a code.

What if my credit is missing?

If your friend purchased and you do not see a credit, contact support with your email, your friend’s email, and your code and we'll get right on it.
