Usually our PGA Professionals get back to you before end of day. Sometimes like over holidays, or early summer, it might take a little longer. It will never take longer than 48 hours.

If you want to keep working with the same coach, on the tweaks tab, tap 'get another tweak from this pga pro" before you submit your next swing and we'll make sure your next swing goes to that PGA Professional.

We only work with accredited PGA Professionals. You need to be a member of a PGA to join our coaching platform. 

Many of our coaches are Teaching Pro's, Head Professionals, up and coming PGA Professionals and even some retired Professionals who are bringing their skills online. 

The first tweak you send will be assigned to the next available PGA Professional, ensuring quick feedback. All our coaches are PGA Certified, so you'll get top-quality advice every time.

If you like a coach, you can request them again in the app. Alternatively, you can try someone new by submitting your swing without a specific request, and the next available coach will provide feedback just as quickly.

When you request a coach, they have 12 hours to respond. If they're unavailable, we'll notify them and reach out. If they still can't respond, we'll ask if you'd prefer to wait or have another coach assist you.

Leave feedback in the feedback section. We review every one and make a point of reaching out to golfers who aren't satisfied. We know sometimes coaching styles don't mesh, or concepts can be confusing and we want to help.
